Returns
To return an item, contact customer service at [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, have all original labels attached, and be in the original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items
- Downloadable items
- Gift cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
If a prepaid return shipping label was not provided in the original shipment, we will provide one upon receiving your return request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note, a restocking fee equal to the cost of shipping will be withheld from any refund. This fee will be communicated via email at the time of the refund request.
Refunds/Exchanges
For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt and provide a picture of the damaged item. If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no cost or a full refund will be issued.
